If you arrive through a partner’s referral link, our affiliate tool (Tolt) sets a cookie so that partner can be credited if you later subscribe; it receives the referral and the subscription payment, never your conversations, photos or voice calls.

Messages you send to DreamHoney companions may be stored and processed to:

When your account is deleted, any subscription is cancelled right away, and your sign-in, conversations, memories, and generated images and videos are deleted. We keep records of payments, as required for tax and accounting. Copies may remain in routine backups for a short time until they are overwritten.
8. Children's Privacy
DreamHoney is only for adults aged 18 and over.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly and close the account.
