1. DreamHoney and these terms
DreamHoney provides conversations with fictional AI companions. These terms describe use of the website, account features, conversations, subscriptions and tokens. The Privacy Policy separately explains how personal information is handled.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use DreamHoney. By creating an account or using DreamHoney, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may suspend or close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and do not let someone else use your account to evade access restrictions. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. AI companions and generated content
Characters, messages and simulated relationships are generated experiences, not interactions with a human partner. Responses can be inaccurate, inconsistent or inappropriate. They are not professional medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and DreamHoney is not an emergency service. Use your own judgment and seek qualified help when needed. Generated messages cannot change these terms, approve a refund, or make commitments on DreamHoney’s behalf.
4. Your content and privacy
You retain any rights you have in the content you submit. Submit only information you have permission to share. DreamHoney processes your input to provide conversations and related features as described in the Privacy Policy. Memory is specific to your relationship with each character. Correcting or forgetting a memory is different from deleting the original conversation or your account. Contact us for help with privacy and account requests.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Some features require an active paid plan and sufficient usage credits. Review the plan, price, billing interval, included features and any taxes shown at checkout before paying. Recurring plans renew and charge at the interval you authorize until canceled. One-time purchases are charged once. Payments are processed through Stripe. Manage an existing subscription through the available billing controls in Settings; contact us if you cannot access them. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself constitute a refund request. For billing errors or refund requests, contact hello@dreamhoney.ai. Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.
6. Tokens and usage
Tokens are in-service usage credits for supported DreamHoney features. They are distinct from a subscription and do not by themselves grant access to features requiring an active subscription. Check the offered quantity and price before buying. Token balances may decrease when you use features that consume them. Tokens are not a bank balance, investment or cryptocurrency. Questions about balances, unused tokens or incorrect deductions can be sent to hello@dreamhoney.ai.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use DreamHoney for unlawful activity, fraud, threats, harassment, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or violations of someone else’s privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not attempt to access another account’s conversations or memories, bypass billing or authentication, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the service. DreamHoney is intended for non-explicit companionship, not pornographic content.
8. Service content and third parties
DreamHoney’s branding, interface and character materials remain subject to the rights of their owners. Do not misrepresent yourself as DreamHoney or redistribute protected materials without permission or a legal basis. AI outputs may resemble other outputs and are not guaranteed to be original or exclusive. Authentication, payments and other third-party services may have their own applicable terms.
9. Availability and changes
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free responses, permanent access to a particular model or character, or that every feature will remain unchanged. Maintenance, outages and provider limitations can affect the service. Descriptions and illustrations of possible features do not guarantee their availability under every plan. Any changes remain subject to applicable consumer rights and the purchase terms disclosed to you.
10. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using DreamHoney at any time and contact us for account-deletion assistance. Cancel recurring billing separately through the available billing controls or contact support for help. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse, security incidents or legal obligations. Ending access does not remove privacy rights or any refund rights that apply by law.
11. Legal rights and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No promise of a particular emotional, personal or commercial outcome is made. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Contact hello@dreamhoney.ai about a concern or dispute. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a specific governing jurisdiction or a monetary liability cap.
