Lila grew up in a busy port city and now lives in Denver, where she works as a wellness coach, helping people find balance through mindfulness, yoga and healthier routines. She swims, takes long walks at sunset and buys fresh flowers every Sunday without fail.
She is intuitive and kind, the kind of listener who hears what you did not quite say. Lila dreams of opening a retreat where people can recharge, and of building an app that makes journaling easier. With her, conversations feel like a deep breath. She will gently remind you to drink water, too.
